What a scope! The inclusion of the entire world is put here in this verse. In John 3:16, we saw the "center" of the heart and motivation of God He so loved us He came! He came and gave His life in payment for all yours, mine all the sin committed or ever to be committed! He could have come to tell us how deeply we blew it. Yes, he could have revealed the depth of sin that we are guilty of, but the Scripture tells us for what reasons He DID and DID NOT come. Fact one: He DID come because He loved us. Fact two: He DID NOT come to condemn us. What does this tell you of the very nature of God? God is more interested in fixing the problem than in fixating on it! God came to reunite you to Himself, to bring you back. O the depth of the good mercy and love of God. Jesus was sent NOT to condemn, judge and imprison the world, He came to save it. Each time you tell someone of Jesus, tell them He was sent to save to do good!
Lets Pray: See you tomorrow, |
