Rickenbacker, Galaxy21 Music and Mike Stand Guitar Giveaway Contest

Nashville, TN - Christian modern rock veteran Mike Stand, former lead vocalist for the Altar Boys, Rickenbacker Guitars and Galaxy21 Music recently announced a guitar giveaway to celebrate the release of Stand's latest solo disk, Full Circle. Stand, in association with his long-time sponsor Rickenbacker Guitars, will surprise a lucky winner with a brand new, burgundy Rickenbacker, strings, strap and hard-shell case. The drawing is on September 1.

The Altar Boys, widely considered to be the punk pioneers of the Christian market, cleared the way for acts like MxPx, POD and Five Iron Frenzy as they toured constantly throughout the eighties and early nineties. After
releasing five studio albums the band went their separate ways, and Mike Stand put out several records as a solo artist. Stand's latest, the critically acclaimed Full Circle, is the long-awaited follow up to his four solo records with his band Clash Of Symbols. Full Circle, released on the Galaxy21Music label, is in stores now.
